About us
A modern villa on the seafront.
Our villa Vista Alegre is located on the seafront of the Mediterranean Sea, with enough space for 10 people, expandable up to 12. . In Jávea, one of the towns which make up the wonderful Costa Blanca. Surrounded by fantastic landscapes and dream coves, where you can do activities such as scuba diving, snorkelling, sailing, hiking, visiting caves and small villages on the coast and inland.
A villa that we prepare with great care so that you can enjoy all the amenities that we can offer such as a swimming pool, playground, barbecue, lounges with board games, ping pong, etc Even for the winter we have large pellet stoves that create that warm atmosphere we all love.
For whatever you may need. We ensure that everything is in good condition and assist you with any problem so that you can spend unforgettable days in our villa.

Bedroom 1
With a 150cm double bed, this room is located on the ground floor which is independent from the rest of the floors.
Bedroom 2
It has two options, a 180cm queen-size double bed or two 90cm single beds.
Bedroom 3
A 150cm double bed, en suite, TV and dressing table.
Bedroom 4
It has two options, a 180cm queen-size double bed or two 90cm single beds.
Bedroom 5
A 135cm double bed and private bathroom outside. It is the only room on the second floor.
Bedroom 6
Our latest addition, with a 135cm bed and incredible views. Only available when more than 10 people are accommodated.

Throughout the house and much of the exterior.

With space for 6 cars (one behind the other) in the same plot next to the villa.

All rooms have air conditioning with heat pump, as well as radiators (except room 1)

We have two dishwashers (one in the bar and one in the kitchen) so you don’t have to worry about cleaning the dishes.

There is a washing machine available with enough detergent for several loads.

Large private swimming pool for the enjoyment of guests.

A small computer is available for free use by guests.

There is an electric iron with ironing board.
Coffee machines
As every coffee is different, we have 2 Dolce Gusto machines, a drip coffee machine and an Italian coffee machine.

We are just 700 metres from the shopping area of Jávea, where you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars and pubs.
What to see
A wide variety of coves and beaches not to be missed. Each one has its own charm.
Adventure and sports
Snorkelling, scuba diving, jet skis, recreational boats, paddle surfing, windsurf, banana boat, tennis, golf … It’s hard to get bored.
Entertainment
Live concerts are held in the shopping area, and during the local festivals there are also open-air dances, bullfights, firework displays, etc. ….
Cycling and hiking routes
There are many cycling and hiking trails within a few kilometres that offer fantastic views. Bicycles of all types are also available for hire.
Supermarkets nearby
All types of supermarkets in the area.
At a walking distance, the nearest one is a kilometre away, so the use of a car is recommended, or you could simply do your shopping from home.
Both Spanish and British supermarkets can be found in the area.

We stayed as a large family group in May and everybody still raves about the villa. Alfonso and Juan are excellent hosts and so helpful. They really care about making your stay special and can’t do enough for you. The villa itself is beautiful and the location could not be better. We had an elderly relative with us and being in between the Port and Arenal meant she could walk to both no problem. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and a couple of supermarkets too which is so handy. I would highly recommend a stay in Vista Alegre, especially as a large group. We are already planning our next trip! Thank you Alfonso and Juan 😊
Casa ideal para el disfrute de niños y adultos, con vistas inmejotables y calidad.
Spent a lovely week at this villa, which was perfect for three couples, meaning we could all have a bedroom on a separate floor. Ideally located for the Arenal and the Port so no need for a car.
Prachtig huis op een fantastische locatie!
We stayed in this beautiful villa on the 6th July 2019 for our 30th wedding anniversary. Our 3 sons, wife , girlfriend and 4 month old baby came with us. The villa was lovely. Extremely spacious both inside and out. There is table tennis and a pool table, bowls, lots of games and water toys. We were all in our element!! Beautiful beach and bars are only a 10 min walk away and snorkelling literally across the road. Would highly recommend this villa especially if you are a large group. We thinking of going back in the future.
